The iFive Quadrajet Stage 1 carburetor is professionally rebuilt to deliver smooth drivability, dependable performance, and factory-correct operation for Buick and Oldsmobile applications. Each carburetor begins with a hand-selected Quadrajet core, chosen for casting integrity and rebuild quality.
Every unit is completely disassembled, thoroughly cleaned, and carefully inspected. All casting plugs are epoxy-sealed to prevent internal leak-down into the intake manifold. Fuel and air circuits are verified for proper sizing, and calibration is confirmed using correct jets, primary metering rods, and secondary metering rods.
Final assembly is completed using premium, all-new components, including:
