The iFive Quadrajet Stage 1 carburetor is professionally rebuilt to deliver smooth drivability, dependable cold starts, and factory-correct performance for Chevrolet Big Block 396, 400, 427, 454 Engine applications. Each unit begins with a hand-selected Quadrajet core, chosen for casting quality and long-term reliability.
Every carburetor is completely disassembled, thoroughly cleaned, and carefully inspected. All casting plugs are epoxy-sealed to prevent internal leak-down into the intake manifold. Fuel and air circuits are verified for proper sizing, and each carburetor is precisely calibrated using correct jets, primary metering rods, and secondary metering rods.
