The iFive Quadrajet Stage 1 carburetor is expertly rebuilt to deliver smooth drivability, reliable cold starts, and factory-correct performance for Pontiac applications. Each unit begins with a hand-selected Quadrajet core, chosen for casting integrity and rebuild quality.
Every carburetor is fully disassembled, professionally cleaned, and thoroughly inspected. To ensure long-term reliability, all casting plugs are epoxy-sealed to prevent internal leak-down into the intake manifold. Fuel and air circuits are verified for proper sizing, and the carburetor is carefully calibrated using correct jetting, primary metering rods, and secondary metering rods.
Final assembly is completed using premium, all-new components, including:
